                IBM-compatible PCs utilizing the Intel x86 technology
                and the SCO UNIX/XENIX, Windows 95, MS-DOS and 
                Concurrent-DOS (Digital) operating systems;
                configuration, diagnosis & repair of modems (both
                analog and ISDN), multiplexers, serial & network (IP)
                workstations, printers (laser & dot matrix) and
                monitors.  Installed and configured network cabling
                (CAT-5, RS-232); provided on-site and remote customer
                technical support and inventory management of spare
                parts and supplies.

                Primary responsibilities included the diagnosis,
                configuration, repair and preventive maintenance of
                IBM-compatible PCs utilizing the Intel x86 technology
                and the SCO XENIX/UNIX, Windows 3.1, 3.11 and Win95,
                MS-DOS and Concurrent-DOS (Digital) operating systems.
                Performed diagnosis, configuration, repair and
                preventive maintenance of Okidata printers (laser &
                dot-matrix) and inventory management of spare parts
                and supplies.  Installed and configured network
                cabling (RS-232) and provided on-site and remote
                customer technical support.

                In June 1996, HealthCare Management Systems was
                purchased by Companion Technologies.

                Primary responsibilites included the diagnosis,

                and Alloy brands of multitasking NOSs.  Performed

                maintenance of Okidata printers (laser & dot-matrix).
                Installed and configured network cabling (Thin
                Ethernet and RS-232) and provided on-site and remote
                customer technical support.

                In July 1994, I was transferred to HealthCare
                Management Systems, a division of PC MicroNet, Inc.

February 1992 - Microdyne, Inc

                Primary responsibilities included the refurbishment,
                configuration and hardware/software installation of
                IBM-compatible PCs utilizing several diagnostic
                software programs such as Norton Utilities, QAPlus
                and CheckIt to verify proper operation of each unit,
                plus installation of MS-DOS v5.0.  Verified operation
                of various PC components such as hard disks drives,
                floppy disk drives and motherboards down to the chip
                level.  Other responsibilities included inventory and
                quality control of finished products and supervision
                of the "triage" area.
