South Mississippi Frequencies...
If you happen to pass through southern Mississippi,
and you're into scanning, try these frequencies: They should be accurate
as of 2 Feb. Also, if you're interested in other agencies within
the state, these frequencies will assist
you (however, there are on the lite side). There are also frequencies
for neighboring states.

I am still in the process of working these frequencies,

it shares its resources with several other agencies. If you wish
to divulge additional information, please e-mail
me.

Bassfield
-
Repeater - Analog
-
155.8350
Most of the small towns in this state (and around the
country) use a single-frequency (simplex) system. However, the Town
Council of Bassfield (pop >850) decided (forced?) to utilize a repeater.
Guess those tax dollars really are being used correctly.

This agency has been known to utilize simple voice-inversion

A difficult agency to locate initially, due to the fact
that it's not listed in Police Call or any other publication that
I know of. Quite possibly operating without a license from the FCC.
